My pick of the night was the work of a photographer named Alexander Rioz, who asked me what I thought of his photos as I wapped my camera out. His work compromised photographs of an eclectic mix of subjects from Colombia, printed on postcards, and little paper planes, and books with absurd comical facts.

LOVE OneThousandandOne
So yesterday evening, I ventured out into Shoreditch with the girls in search of shenanigans, and discovered “showcase” at Café 1001 on Brick Lane. An exhibition designed to give emerging artists the chance to present their work, it takes place every two weeks on a Wednesday from 5.30pm.
The whole idea was quirky, and we were so tempted to purchase a postcard as a keepsake! But we are poor students, so unfortunately we had to leave postcardless and in a hurry to catch the last train! My legs still hurt after the sprint up the three escalators from the Jubilee to Waterloo station, sort that out please London Transport Office!
